Unopened Returns We understand that choosing the right broadhead is critical. We accept returns on any unopened, unused, and undamaged broadhead or accessory product within [30] days of purchase. The product must be in its original, sealed factory packaging to be eligible for a refund.
A Note on Safety: Due to the precise and dangerous nature of archery broadheads, once the product packaging has been opened, it cannot be resold for safety and quality control reasons. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any broadhead pack that has been opened or "tested" on a target. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the highest safety standards for all our customers.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you need is to return the unopened item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return Shipping You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Damages and Defective Items Every broadhead is precision-designed and manufactured. If you believe your broadhead is defective straight out of the box (e.g., manufacturing defect, missing components), please contact us immediately at sales@helakill.com with clear photos. This must be done before attempting to use the product.
